Commercial & Industrial Floor Coatings in Springdale, AR

Springdale is home to Tyson Foods headquarters and a long list of food, trucking, fabrication, and distribution businesses. Many of those buildings need floors that handle forklifts, pallet jacks, spills, and constant cleaning. We install fluid-applied epoxy systems for warehouses, shops, and commercial spaces across the city.

Open 7 AM – 7 PM, 7 days a week · Serving Springdale and Washington & Benton Counties

Floors that keep the work moving

Bare concrete in a working building dusts, stains, and soaks up oil and chemicals. A sealed epoxy floor sweeps and scrubs clean, looks brighter under the same lights, and lets you mark walkways and work zones by color.

Around Springdale we get calls for shop floors with years of oil soaked in, warehouses that need a bright, clean finish before a new tenant moves in, and service bays with trench drains that need a coating sealed right up to the grate.

If your space needs a specialty system we do not install, such as certain food-processing floors, we will tell you up front instead of selling you the wrong floor.

How we plan a commercial floor

A coating job in a working building is mostly planning. This is how we keep it on schedule.

  1. Walk the site

We look at the slab, traffic, chemicals, drains, and lighting, and talk through how the space is used day to day.

  2. Choose the system

Solid epoxy, color flake, or quartz broadcast, based on traffic, slip resistance, and how the floor gets cleaned.

  3. Schedule around you

We work 7 days a week, 7 AM to 7 PM, and can phase the job section by section so part of the building stays in use.

  4. Prep the concrete

Mechanical prep, crack and joint repair, and degreasing so the coating bonds to the slab, not to the grime on it.

  5. Coat and hand back

We install the system, give you return-to-service times, and walk the finished floor with you.

Springdale business questions

Can you coat our floor without shutting the whole building down?

Usually, yes. We can phase the work by section and schedule weekends, since we work seven days a week.

Our floor has oil soaked into it. Can it still be coated?

Often. Oil-contaminated concrete needs aggressive cleaning and mechanical prep, and some spots may need extra treatment. We will check it during the site walk and tell you honestly what to expect.

Do you install food-plant flooring?

Some food-processing areas need specialty systems we do not install. If your space is one of them, we will say so at the site walk.
